At Rosh Fashion, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items such as  customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping details.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
